Marcia Priest CIC, AAM

Marcia started in the insurance business in 1974, working for her father's agency. She began working with the Applied Systems product in 1992 and continued working in an agency until 1999, when she joined AB Solutions as a consultant.

During her career as an agency employee, Marcia worked in the areas of accounting, claims, personal and commercial lines servicing, and as an automation systems manager.

Currently as a consultant Marcia specializes in training and assisting agencies using TAM, training on an individual and group level, assisting in the development, implementation and auditing of Procedures, document setup, accounting training and cleanup, and reporting.

Having "sat in the chair and done the work" brings the ability to balance the concerns of management as well as staff, making certainty that procedures or solutions are achievable and workable in the "real world."

Marcia holds a California Insurance Agent's license and has held the CIC designation since 1997. She is also the co-author of ASCnet's tool "The Fast Track Guide to Getting The Most Out of Tam", presents at Local and National ASCnet User Group events, and is an ASCnet Certified Presenter.
