Renee Foo
Renee began her insurance career in 1988 with Allstate as a Sales Office Manager. She started using the Agency Manager from Applied Systems two years later when she joined a commercial brokerage in the San Jose area. Renee used TAM to service personal lines, commercial lines, and surety, until she went to work as a trainer from Applied Systems in 1993
During her employment with Applied Systems, Renee worked with over 100 agencies ranging in size one to 200+ users. She particularly enjoyed the longer training assignments given by larger agencies. Realizing that agencies could benefit from personal attention to their unique needs, Renee decided to leave applied Systems in order to become a consultant.
Since 1996, Renee has worked with numerous agencies in the Pacific Northwest. After working with hundreds of agencies, Renee found that a major difference between a computerized agency and an automated agency, was understanding the BIG picture. Renee believes it is crucial for ALL agency personnel to understand how each input of data ultimately affects the agency as a whole and its ability to market, service, analyze, and grow.
