Todd Arnold

Todd held the following positions within an agency:

• Network Administrator
• Commercial Lines CSR
• Surety Representative
• Agency Bookkeeper
• Producer
• Marketing Manager

He worked for Applied Systems for three and a half years as a Trainer and frequently assisted in complicated implementations of the TAM product. His work also included consulting since 1996.

The combination of a wide variety of agency experience, hands-on knowledge of setting up and maintaining a network, and working for Applied Systems, has given Todd a comprehensive understanding of Insurance Agency Automation.

In the past few years, Todd’s popularity as a presenter for user groups and meetings across the country has grown. Attendees appreciate his knowledge and experience, honest answers, and light-hearted presentation style.

Todd is well known for his ability to extract data from the TAM system via reporting and documents.
